Meet The Team 

Deb Paton-Showley
Deb has been in real estate for 8 years and has grown to love serving residents and future residents of our community here. In 2008 Deb realized she was dealing with more clients than there was time in the day and after much thought decided to expand to form Paton-Showley Group. This was done over a period of time by adding some quality and knowledgeable people to the team to enhance our service to our clients. Deb has grown up on Lake Tippecanoe and has worked in the Marina and Boating industry many years before finding her natural fit in Real Estate. Her Grandfather was selling lake property before it was popular and her father George Paton III holds a broker license and owns and operates Patona Bay Boat Service. Before Real estate, Deb was general manager at local marina in Syracuse. Selling Master Craft, Godfrey, and Chaparral Boats and servicing clients on all the lakes in the area. This has given her vast knowledge of the lakes that people are boating on and given her an edge in a competitive market. Deb and her husband Mark have one son. She is dedicated to serving you and her clients.

Candice Salvo
Candice has a background in the medical field. She is currently employed at KCH as a respiratory therapist. She is a native of Syracuse and has lived in the area most of her life. She grew up on the lakes and enjoys water sports and lake living with her friends and family. Candice and her husband Joe have 2 younger children.

Oxana Mullins
Oxana is originally from Russia; she came to Warsaw in 2003 as an exchange student at Warsaw Community High School. After her graduation, she decided to stay and pursue a higher education. She is a graduate of IPFW with a business degree in marketing. She previously used her degree in the orthopaedic industry - at DePuy and later on at Zimmer in knee marketing department. However, after a while she decided to try real estate as a new career.

Jeremy Mullins
Jeremy grew up in southern Indiana and has lived in Warsaw for the last 5 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University and is a member of the Junior Achievement Board of Directors serving Warsaw and Tippecanoe Valley. He, also, serves on the Agricultural Advisory Board for Lt. Governor Becky Skillman.
Jeremy enjoys meeting and getting to know new people. His career is Commercial Manager at Louis Dreyfus Commodities in Claypool; however, he likes spending his time in real estate on weekends and evenings.
Jeremy and Oxana are expecting their first child at the end of October.

Heidi Metzger
Heidi is originally from Kosciusko County, has recently moved back to this area from Indianapolis. She was a Realtor with a large real estate company in Indianapolis and is pleased to now join Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, as well as the Deb Paton-Showley Group. While in Indianapolis, she kept abreast of the latest techniques by teaching a variety of business classes – everything from new business development and marketing to advertising and interior design. Metzger comes from a large family and states: “As the middle child of nine children, family truly defines me. This is what makes real estate such a perfect fit. I love helping others find their dream home and, ultimately, building neighborhoods one family at a time.”
