Welcome 2014 and "Wowser!"- 2013 Record Setting Sales for Paton-Showley Group!

As we enter 2014, we do so with optimism, hope and excitement.  After just wrapping up a year of surprising increase in sales for our clients, we feel quite blessed.  To have the opportunity to serve over 100 clients in closed transactions, over $26 Million dollars in sales volume and half of which were water properties coming in around $13 Million as well as Lake Tippecanoe Sales topping the charts at $6.7 Million in sales for Paton-Showley Group!  Exciting, yes- but not only for our Coldwell Banker Family and our team- but most importantly for our clients!  The trust they placed in us became  action as we placed a SOLD sign on each of their yards or docks.  We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to represent so many wonderful people and we are excited for what the future of Real Estate has in store for them and us this coming year.  Our team has worked very hard in 2013 and Linda Goshert, Oxana Mullins and Laura Kernodle have contributed significantly to our team effort.  Paton- Showley Group has given real meaning to the Acronym "TEAM"- Together Everyone Achieves More.  We made a committment to our clients to sell thier home and assist them in thier purchase, and that is what our TEAM set out to do, although not every listing sold, we closed a high percentage of homes in 2013.  This is allowing us significant momentum heading into 2014.  Our team is recharged and excited to work with the clients walking in our door each and every day.  We are constantly striving for change, looking for new ways to market, thinking outside of the box and attacking each home sale as if it is unique and different than the one before it.  We have found by keeping a fresh attitude, we can achieve more than we even think is possible.  So from our family to yours- Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you in2013.  We are excited about the opportunity to serve those that will allow us to in our future and we are thankful to be part of the best Real Estate Company in Northern Indiana- Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber They help us achieve not only our goals- but our clients goals.  Exciting news in 2014 to come!  Also a huge Thanks out to all involved in closing transactions, Lawyer's Title, Bodkin Title, Meridian Title and Center Title Company and all our lenders, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, builders and county staff,etc.  Thanks CBRWG and Clients and service providers for an amazing year in 2013.
